I build strategic partnerships that turn ecosystems into revenue.
Partnerships and ecosystem strategy for AI infrastructure, agent payments, and blockchain. San Francisco.
$1M+ ARR FROM ZERO · $7M+ BROKERED · 200+ FOUNDER COMPANIES
Ecosystems don't grow by accident.
They grow when strategy, partnerships, GTM, and operations compound.
My job is the compounding.
Receipts
Numbers that survived contact with reality.
Earlier: NASA Office of Strategic Infrastructure. Rugby World Cup Sevens 2018, 9 million viewers.
The House
Flagship proof. An empty building, turned into a revenue engine.
A 13,000 sq ft builder hub in the Presidio, operated for Edge & Node, the initial team behind The Graph protocol. I built the business from zero, and physical space became distribution and a revenue engine: over $1M in ARR and a recurring gathering point for 200+ AI, blockchain, and frontier tech companies.
Day zero
An empty, unmonetized 13,000 sq ft building. No revenue model, no operating system, no programming, no members.
What I owned
Pricing and packaging. Sponsorship sales and renewals, closed at up to $28K a month. Partner programming and founder activation. CRM and Stripe revenue dashboards. Operating budget and cadence, with quarterly business reviews to executive leadership.
The result
$1M+ ARR. 200+ member companies backed by a16z, General Catalyst, YC, and Coinbase. Member alumni include Torch, acquired by OpenAI, and Privy, acquired by Stripe.
The trajectory · $0 to $1M+ ARR
- 1OCT 2022. Launched as a public good. Free space for builders: density before dollars.
- 2FEB 2024. Monetization begins: memberships, team bundles, and room bookings, shipped with iOS, Android, and web apps.
- 3JUL 2024. Flagship sponsors closed, $36K/mo combined.
- 4APR 2025. $500K ARR.
- 5FEB 2026. $1M+ ARR.
- 6MAY 2026. $60K partnership closed.
- 7TODAY. Still compounding: 200+ member companies, 100+ programs a year, membership and sponsorship renewals recurring.
Dates and figures approximate. ARR from memberships, sponsorships, and partnerships.
Revenue shown is the model I built and ran: memberships, sponsorships, room bookings, and partnership programs.
ampersend
Current build. GTM for agent payments.
Edge & Node's second bet, and mine: ampersend, an autonomous agent payments platform built on the x402 protocol. I lead GTM and BD, taking it from concept validation through launch, integrations, and revenue conversations.
The thesis
AI agents need to transact on their own. Whoever builds the rails and the partner network for agentic payments owns a new distribution layer.
The work
Source, structure, and close integrations across Coinbase, MCP, and Google A2A. Align product, engineering, legal, and marketing to ship partner programs.
Shipped
An MCP server that lets agents make onchain stablecoin payments, and a working agent-to-agent payment demo with sub-second onchain settlement.
How I create gravity
- Strategic relationship mapping. Know who matters in an ecosystem, what they need, and what they can trade. Keep the map current through follow-through.
- Deal structuring and renewal. Sponsorships, residencies, pilots, co-built programs. Terms, pricing, and the full cycle from pitch through contract and renewal.
- Programs and community as pipeline. 100+ programs a year tied to pipeline through CRM and revenue dashboards. An event without follow-through is just catering.
- Founder and builder activation. Pitch events, mentorship, workshops, and co-branded programs with partners like YC, Orange DAO, and BuildETH.
- Platform ecosystem strategy. Developers, creators, founders, and node operators each need their own reason to participate. I design the incentives that recruit every side.
- Cross-functional execution. Strategy through legal, finance, product, marketing, and ops without losing speed. Deck to done in the same week.

Operator first, technical enough
I'm an operator who builds close enough to product to earn technical trust. I've shipped a production iOS app solo, built Skillbook, run a self-hosted agent stack, and launched an MCP server for autonomous stablecoin payments. That means I can sell, partner, and operate without waiting for technical translation. GitHub: glabun002
